the room we had was nicely decorated and brand-new with amazing views and drinks available and a bathroom. the breakfast spread was top class and great with waffles, plentiful coffee and also meat.

The hotel offers modern rooms with upscale amenities. It is located in a stunning area close to restaurants and attractions. Einsi Kaldi, the in-house restaurant, is a great dining option for guests.

The bed was very comfy, room was new-fashioned & fashionable. It offered outstanding service and outstanding food too.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the ferry and close proximity to great restaurants, cafes, and even a brewery. The staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient, making me feel right at home. The rooms were surprisingly modern and had a stunning view of the volcanoes on the island. The breakfast spread was tasty and filling, and I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the breakfast restaurant.

Exceptionally clean hotel in a beautiful building next to the ferry landing and the amenities of Vestmannaeyjar and an amazing restaurant and most attractions. Marvellous location to many excellent reataurants. For tea or coffee visit Cafe Varmo nearby.

Quite rude staff!

This hotel on the wonderful island of Heimaey is a great value for money. The rooms with a view of the Eldfell volcano are spacious and modern. The bathroom is wonderful, with a great shower. The staff are very friendly and helpful, making sure to provide extra pillows upon request. The breakfast included is satisfying, with plentiful coffee and a choice of waffles.

No significant areas for improvement were found.

Staying in this hotel was a great decision. The location is perfect, just a short walk away from the main attractions and restaurants. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean with a good shower. The staff was attentive and always ready to help. The breakfast was delicious with many options. The spa was an added bonus, and the hot tub was perfect after a day of exploring.

The Wi-Fi was not very reliable and often disconnected, which was frustrating.

Excellent location -- Clean rooms -- Free hot tubs and pool in the basement.

Only gripe is that the window shades weren't nearly dark enough to block out enough of Iceland's perpetual summer sun.
